General Membership Application Information. Click Here for Printable Application : Before filling out application form, we feel there are a few things you should know about our club: We are a dedicated club, striving to improve our breed, and showing our dogs. We are not a social club, but a working club, with some social activities. You must have two sponsors. The sponsors will be responsible for the conduct of the prospective member. You must be invited to attend two business meetings before applying for membership. Having fulfilled these requirements, you may then file your application along with a fee of fifteen (15) dollars, with a club officer. The application will then be presented with resume from the two sponsors, to the membership committee. You will be notified by mail, within 90 days, whether or not your application has been accepted. If rejected, you money will be refunded.
